It's been a while since I have logged in, I believe I have everything still installed but would need an update. I have used the links for getting started but it isn't working. If anyone could help with the process, it would be a great!

If you still have the client installed you should be able to just extract the Project 1999 Files (V44) into your eq folder and play.
