Miscellaneous: Raptors in Timorous Deep on Crack since last patch

Just tried to quad Raptors for first time since the recent patch.

They have had their run speed kicked up by at least 40%.

Luminescent Staff used to be viable, now they are on you when you are only 3/5 done the Staff cast.

Can barely get a normal cast lightning nuke off without being hit.

If this was intentional it's not in the patch notes.

Is possible that Ensnare run speed% got nerfed and not Raptors, but I tested my lumi staff on a random Bat and it worked fine.

Can quad other mobs fine.
