Pick up Open Kael raid

Wondering if anyone, Friday or Saturday, this week would like to join in on a open kael raid in arena. If im doing this wrong someone tell me. For those 45+ and some who have experience raiding arena. I am on mst, and im thinking 7-9/10 mst or maybe earlier for those on the other side of the coast, maybe 4-7 mst, meets with those on east coast. Earlier for those west coast. Gensho 49 monk.

you'd have better luck if you allowed people to roll on the armor for MQs to sell

Good idea, but I was a bit confused by what you are going for. A quick suggestion:

Raid consistency goals (healers, pullers, leader(s), tanks, pumpers, DPS requirements, etc):
Loot Rules (/ran 1000, gem/cash distribution(or guild bank fee for sponsoring):
Primary target(s)/area(s):

No offense intended, of course. I think it is pretty rad for folks to step up and host events for both casual scum (such as myself) and more dedicated players as well.
