Fear CR

Hey folks,

Decided I wanted to pick the game back up and forgot my main toon (Monk) was parked in Fear. Managed to flop my way to temple and went LD at a terrible time. Wondering what the best CR options are for myself. Guildless and out of touch with most of the folks I was playing with before so no built in CR team really. Any raids coming up that could help me out maybe?

Any help or advice appreciated!
