EQ Client crashes after several character logins from same account

P99 client crashes often (always?) after logging into multiple characters on the same account more than a few times. Zoning, logging out, etc can cause this crash after switching chars a few times in a session. Only solution I know of is to exit the client completely and login from scratch. Didn't have this (bug?) on live, was just curious.
If I stay on one character the entire session I rarely crash unless it a zone issue.
