Missing Frogs in Sebilis

I couldn't find any hard info on this. Last night while having 10 people with myself in Sebilis we decided to dungeon crawl around. They agreed with me that they seem to recall spawns being here.

We went over to the Necrosis Scarab area first. As I was pulling I recalled how there were spawns in the open area before the "Cave" entrence where the Scarabs spawn. One right after the slippery bridge area, and 2 more spawns in the space right past it.

I put the red dots where the 3 spawns we recalled. If anyone else knows info about this please reply!

We were the only ones there for about 6 hours. We had respawns in areas before we even went back past here. So it wasn't a "Oops it was respawn time and we forgot" type thing. They just never showed/were up.
