Wots this all about? I've never seen these guys but there are reports of super rare appearances by these... Tried search function and nothing came up here.
http://eqbeastiary.allakhazam.com/search.shtml?id=713 Apparently should pop in Erud's Xing and Lavastorm, at cat isle and near Najena. And Plane of Fear. Different lvls, some commenters claiming the ones at lava had less than 40hp, some other guy said they'd be lvl15.

I've seen these spawn in Erud's Xing, probably wisps or vampire bats are the PH because that's all I would ever kill. I don't remember it dropping anything.
