It’s true, a few hours after dinging 46 my monk was able to loot one of these a few months back, good times.

Also would anyone want to buy a natures melody?

Given its DKP value it would be more around 3-5m plat. Even then I doubt you'd see it happen. Most guilds can sell lesser items and have enough for recharges.
