![]() Jumping Rope works four different conditioning systems of the body. The hand/foot speed, overall conditioning, spatial, and hand/eye coordination.. I love to do it, it gets me lifted. seriously. i tore my calf in december doing this, trying to take it easy. Only hoping to inspire others!
