Give me a few days and I'll have one for you. I'll let it go for less than your initial offer. They are not worth 15k just because a few people decided to horde them. The market will bounce back on them once price gougers see that nobody is buying. (Found one for another Necro last week and sold it to them for under 15k. Needed class specific items should not be horded and kept from players. This is how we lose the server population of NEC/SK players...)

It's market manipulation when a few players horde said item to the point where they have 20+ each and then they advertise that the "rarity of the item has increased," and then proceed to jack the price up from 12k to now, around 20k. That is kind of the definition of market manipulation.
