Item haste priority?

If you're wearing two haste items, is it guaranteed that you will always get the faster haste effect? I know they do not stack, but wasn't sure on this.

Yeah, the highest percentage will take priority, it's the same for spells. If you are wearing Cloak of Flames and Silver Chitin Handwraps, you have 36% worn haste. If you have Visions of Grandeur and McVaxius' Rousing Rondo, you have 58% spell haste.

The level 50 and 60 Bard Ervaj songs will stack with other haste spells. VoG + Composition of Ervaj is 68% spell haste.
