Spells: Blueness in buffs

Back on live i remember as a druid being under 24 , i would cast a skin buff for instance it would shoot green pixels out of my fists. When i hit mid late twenties? It would start to add some orange pixels, then finally at 39ish the pixels coming out of my hands would also gain a blue pixel. ATM we just have the orange and green pixels for buffs.

BUT you can see the guy, buffings hands to the left bottom of the screen. This is what i remember! Ill continue to look for a more viable screenshot explaining what i mean. But also im sure everyone remembers this, so i am wondering if it just not possible to recreate? (sorry if im such a duntz).
