Spells: Bard Song: Kellin's Lucid Lullaby

This song works properly, unless a creature is already affected by it.

e.g. If the mob is mezzed after the first pulse and still mezzed when the second pulse hits, the mob is not even targeted. Instead, the song would target PCs and I would get the message "You cannot cast this spell on soandso" (or whatever the line is).

I haven't been able to find any documentation stating which way is the 'classic' way, but it seems to be a bug to me.
