Default Quickest way thru downtime?

Hey all so currently leveling my warrior up... I group here and there but I end up having to solo quite a bit due to play time restraints.. Anyways I have myself a pretty good set up gear wise and I was wondering if it is quicker on downtime to stand and spam Champion's BP or sit with a fungi? not sure I have kinda tried downtime both ways and it kinda seems about the same? Any incite would be appreciated! Thanks!

I'm too lazy to do the math, but the wiki should have everything you need if you want to crunch the numbers yourself. However, it seems to me that if you have to sit there clicking something over and over, that doesn't really qualify as "downtime", and thus the only correct answer is the Fungi.

Bind wound while having fungi equipped is about 50% faster than spamming the BP.

Loop:

click bp,
Ctrl C
click bandage from combat abilities page
Ctrl M
click stand from main window

until 50/70% (if bind wound skill >200)

then spam clicking bp without bandages.

Grats on RSI.

I would say find a casual game that you can alt-tab and play for 10 minutes between downtimes
