I need a new cloak for my necro

Hiero cloak is solid on any toon and not too expensive anymore.

I think dire wolf hide cloak has 45hp on it or something and is necro usable

Hooded black cloak is similar and pretty cheap

You want to get any cloak that has a nice chunk of HP on it

Hiero Cloak if you can afford it, if you can't afford Hiero Cloak then Shimmering Terror Hide Cloakis the way to go, it has good stats, is only like ~1k, and in stark contrast to Cloak of Maelstrom it weighs 0.0
