Downloading Project 1999 on Mac

Firstly I hope this is the right place to ask my questions and I'm sorry if this isn't meant to be posted here.

I have just came across project 1999 but I'm stuck on a Mac. Indian see there's a guide and I'm just wondering if it's still up to date in 2018?

Furthermore I don't have any copies of eq titanium so is there somewhere I can download the files to then use with wine?

Thanks as I'm quite clueless on this stuff.
