Is there an SK spell vendor missing? Gehnon Dejartes? I tried to buy FD earlier and I couldn't find him. The wiki says hes there; http://wiki.project1999.org/index.php/Feign_Death Anyone know?

That happened to me once. Later I went there and he was there and selling the spell. I did not look at the /time, but I would assume he is a day or night spawn kinda thing.

I just noticed he was indeed spawned today and selling it. Must have been the time of day.
