Game Mechanics: Bind Affinity not working in Neriak

I had two different people try to bind me in Neriak today. I'm a level 6 Troll Shaman named Rapeface. Long run to get there. My /char says I'm bound in Innothule. The message I receive is as follows:

"You cannot seem to develop an affinity for this place. Try a city"
You feel yourself bind to the area

(Edit) Char info says im bound in Neriak. Gated and it works. It must just be a text bug/glitch.

Yeah, Neriak's been bugged. It says that you can't bind there, but it works. Once you zone /char will update that you're bound in Neriak.

You have 2 options... 1) is petitioning as soon as you log in to get a name change or 2) get banned on that account and be forced to make a new account on eqemu.
