Add: Shai'din Revenant Bauble to the list.
In regards to Shroud: Unless they change the drop-rate, it's probably going to take some time for Shroud of Undeath to flood the market. I've seen it once in 5 kills. If its going to drop, it's going to be mostly because the lack of SKs 55+. As the dude killing everything in Chardok: There's only 4-5 items I think will maintain or increase in price with Chardok provided drop-rates aren't changed. This is one of them.
