LD every 15 minutes, But not typical LDing, HELP!

I remember having this problem during the live days, and when i switched
my ISP over to Bell DSL the problem stopped. Long story short im back with the ISP from those days as a bundle deal (Phone, cable, internet)
and that dreaded LD problem has come back. I dont know if its
from the ISP because my internet seems to work fine outside EQ.

It starts with the BLACK You have been disconnected screen.
But before i go LD, the Green connection bar in the corner does
not turn yellow or red indicating i am losing my connection, it stays green.

In addition, i go back to the character selection screen instead of
being completely disconnected which is nice.

Any ideas on what to do? thanks.

Try to play without the router connected. If you still get dropped then contact your ISP and tell them your dropping packets enough to be disconnected from online games. Normally if that ever happened to me it was:

1. My router - the fact that you get dropped every 15 - 16 mins tells me its this (old Linksys off hand?)
2. Modem
3. ISP throttling your connection.
