Spells: Ice comet nuke message should have changed by now in the timeline

The ice comet nuke message was changed from "skin freezes over" to "skin is rent by massive shards of deadly ice".

I'm not sure exactly when this was done, but logs here quoted by Nilbog show it was already in place by November 2000.

[Fri Nov 10 02:34:43 2000] a forsaken revenant's skin is rent by massive shards of deadly ice.

I have perused the spells*.txt files for P99 and do not see this Ice Comet message in them. They should be updated.
