Evil Quests in Qhills?

Ok so good guy quests in qhills are part and parcel the best in the game (I don't know what part and parcel means I just wanted to say it) but the point is they are everywhere out there, and excellent both in reweards and in lore (the rng to obtain the rare items is f@#$%g AWFUL but hey, 2 out of 3 aint bad for this game).

I have been considering rolling a shadowknight on green and would like to start in sparkling city Qeynos, which makes me wonder, wait a minuet are there a bunch of quests I don't know about for the bad guys out here??

Im talkn, bad guy Bands of Tunare? What about bad guy Jagged Pine staves? Or Magical Shields of Nifes for the evils?

Last night I did a pass at leveling only killing skellies and turning in the bones for faction to swap from bertoxx to preists of life factioned shadowknight, but after 30 bones I was still dubious, and that was doing the +7 a hit turn ins, not the +1 turnins (that means the Wolten quest not the Novashine one..)

So yeah, can anyone maybe give me some names, items, or things I can google to find some cool quests for evils out there? or did they just ignore these bertoxx folks down in the aquaducts while they were working on all these priests of life stories?

Well, there's http://wiki.project1999.com/The_Bayle_List that results in the Rage War Maul.

Camping a Glowing Black Stone isn't technically a quest, but it is...a Quest.

And it's not in Qeynos Hills, but there's always the http://wiki.project1999.com/Rat_Shaped_Ring.

I tried to see if doing the first step of this quest would net me more exp 1-9 than grinding a while ago.

I just want to point out that the (currently non-existent) http://wiki.project1999.com/Qeynos_Starting_Guide page would be a perfect place to store evil (and good) Qeynos starting quests in the wiki (in the same style as the existing http://wiki.project1999.com/Halas_Starting_Guide I made, or the http://wiki.project1999.com/Kelethin_Starting_Guide someone else brilliant made) ...
