Spells: Abscond cost

Abscond should cost 150 mana, not 600 mana
dunno about druid versions

Classically costs 600 mana, I do believe.

All I can find find is that it and egress were reduced mana cost along with fizzle chance. I thought they were reduced from 150 to 100. Evacuate I also cannot find anywhere at 300 cost only at 150 and do not see any patch notes reducing it. It was meant to sap other party members of 150 mana which I think might already be in effect here. 300 mana I believe was the cost for lesser evacuate which did not tap party members mana, not of Evacuate
