Easy to get low lvl rogue gear?

I started a rogue a few days ago and I am level 11. Just hoping to get some suggestions on relatively easy to get low level rogue stuff. Specifically a main hand weapon, I am using a fine steel spear atm.

Edit: I have about ~100pp I can spend.
