Cannot log in to dagnor's cauldron but can log on as others in other zones?

My wife and I were tired of playing in crushbone and decided to run to unrest last night but, when I tried to zone into Dagnor's my connection was refused. Since then, I am unable to log on as this character.

Can I be punted from the zone by a GM or something?

In the log, I get:
