PVP Red Tradeskill Error Code?

So while messing around on Red, I started up blacksmithing and soon noticed I was getting error codes with each combine. This is from the log file:

In server OOC other say their combines were doing the same thing, unsure of their tradeskill. This happened in the Oggok Cultural Forge doing basic sharpening recipe with rusty weapons.
