Default the spell fury, was it nerfed?

last i could use on my old shaman was chloro/fury but with new current shaman who just hit 34, i only have regen, i didnt use frenzy at all because it'd suck my mana away when getting more hp

i dont remember fury sucking my mana away and giving me more hp, so im just wondering if it was nerfed? i looked up the last months worth of patches and didnt see anything, maybe ill look again, i just skimmed through em all

Yes, it has been changed. This is how it was in classic I guess, I can't fathom a scenario when I would use it though...
