Game Mechanics: Naggy and Vox did not see invis until October 1999

I found a few more missing patch messages, and amongst them was some stuff missing from the October 21st patch:

Listed below are two changes that went up yesterday which we forgot to mention:

* Cancel Magic may only be used on group members.
* Dragons are now able to see invisible.

Leading to all sorts of Newsgroup chatter about it:

Subject: Dragons see invisible....great

Basically this means that if you attempt to slay a dragon, there is a
very very high probablity that you will lose your corpse and all of
your equipment forever.
What possible justification can there be for this enhancement?

Fine with me. I won't go after the dragons. Keep giving me excuses
to leave the game sooner and sooner.

So Naggy and Vox shouldn't see invis until October 1999, if we want to be super-accurate etc.
