desetup.dll error 3585375160

First time trying to play and I get the error that this file isn't the correct everquest titanium file:
desetup.dll error 3585375160

Please someone help me- I am dying to play.

Most likely anti virus removed the proper dll and you need to replace and whitelist, or you didn't follow the Getting Started guide properly.
