Game Mechanics: Ability recovery time not yet met - Monk - Round Kick

Getting this error constantly every day. I can avoid it by waiting a fraction of a second longer to use the ability after it becomes available, but that's difficult to do consistently.

Seems the server value is a bit too short, or the lag tolerance is too low. Though I only see this problem with "Round Kick" and nothing else.
