It does not appear that the Shaman Trainers in Cabalis have the ability 'Meditate' available for training :-(

it's not just iksar. it's all classes to that get meditate. they did that to prevent the bug og pre training it and having it break.

you'll be able to see meditate to train at level 4 for int casters, 8 for wis casters, and 12 for hybrids
