Last name

Hey hey.

I currently have 2 lvl 20+ chars, that I would like to give a last name, with an apostrophe ( ' )or something simular in it.
Sadly this is constantly rejected (tried several variaties).
Though I see people who have it.

How can I get it in my last names on my chars please?

To get a surname with ' I believe you need to petition in game and have a GM assign it. It will not work with the /surname command.
