Default Issue with healing

I have noticed I heal really slow while I sit down is this normal I never new the HP regen to be so slow in the old game. Thanks for your help in this matter.

yeah you only regen a few HP per tick, even less if you dont have food

2/tick sitting until 30, then its 3/tick, at 51-60 its goes up (8/tick at 60, something inbetween but I don't know exactly what at 51+).

Iksar/Troll regenerate more per tick.

On current live there is something known as 'Out of Combat Regen' which kicks in 30seconds after you finish a fight. While in OOC regen you get 5% of your hp/mana returned every tick or something, leading to much lower downtimes.

Buy yourself a lot of bandages, you'll need them.
