Stuck in a window in Neriak

Hello,

My character, Fatoom, is stuck in a window inside of Neriak. I have tried to get out myself and I even had my friend log-in and try to get me unstuck, be he couldn't do it either. Is there some sort of command that I can use to get unstuck?
