Known list of Item & 2-hander changes?

Can we get a server-sourced list of the item changes from today?

So far, I know that all the primal 2handers have been updated to be the longer damage/delay versions, including War Lance, Claidhmore, Battle Axe, and Brawl Stick.

I also believe the Bo Staff of Trorsmang from VP now has the upgraded stats.

Baton of Flame got nerfed for rogues, can't use anymore (yikes...).

What else am I missing? Any other upgraded 2-handers or items?
