Issue with loading account/Game

I recently downloaded the game and was able to get on. I changed zones and crashed. I haven't been able to load in any of my characters since. My friend came over and can log onto his account just fine and play. Any reason this would be?

I also created a new account to see if that would work and I was still getting the same issues.
