Default Mechanical Net and Qeynos Badge faction questions

Hello everyone,

I have two questions regarding some quests. I figured I would put them into the same thread.

1) Regarding the quest Mechanical Net Delivery (https://wiki.project1999.com/Mechanical_Net_Delivery), do I need Giants faction? At first I thought it didn't matter since Wenglawks Kkeak is (I think) a giant traitor, but at some point you need to do a turn in to Kellek Felhammer. Except the fact that they are surrounded by strong giants, is Giants faction required for turn ins?

2) Regarding the Qeynos Badge quests (https://wiki.project1999.com/Qeynos_Badge_Quests), how hard are they to do as an Iksar Monk? I am fighting in Splitpaw right now, raising my faction with Qeynos Guards. What faction is Vegalys Keldrane on? What about the investigators and interrogators? I remember for the first badge we need to walk a bit through Qeynos. Is it possible to do without aggroing everything?
