Trouble with Loginserver Account

This is my second time playing Project1999. I played a couple years back and had no issues with my Loginserver Account.

I used the Launch_Titanium.bat file after I've made 3 separate Loginserver Accounts but none of them seem to log me in.

After entering my username and password, I get "A connection to the server could not be reached."

Sorry for the silly question in advance if this is all just user error.
