Game Mechanics: Restored to full HP after being knocked unconscious

I was grouping in Blackburrow, and after a dangerous pull we started to run out. I got caught a couple of times but only near the zoneline to Qeynos Hills did I get KO'd - I was strafe jumping towards the zoneline and I think I touched it as I went unconscious. I was able to get to the other zone where I found my camera was fixed in the unconscious angle, but my health was filled back up to 100%. Don't really know what happened but I don't want it to become/stay a tactic.
