What if 5G is only harmful to psychics and casters?

If 5G is designed by those who have no connection or aptitude to the divine or magical.

Muggle safe. Warriors, rogues, monks.

Deadly to wizards and priests. Shaman. Etc.

And what if the godless heathens with no aptitude for magic know it's horrifically dangerous towards casters, like leukemia death horrific. But don't care.
