Default trying to launch and i get this

I have a clean install of Titanium and i copied the steps from Joe Leonards Youtube install guide. I properly put the patch as well from what i saw online. not very good at this sort of thing but it seemed easy... any help would be cool.

The Technical Discussion forum would better suit you:

That said, that is a common issue. First, most recommendations are to move your install out of Program Files. This will save you future headaches.

Second, create a shortcut to "launch titanium.bat" and change the "start in" location to match where you've moved your install to.

For example, mine is in C:\games\EverQuest_Classic:

Third, make sure you set the compatibility of eqgame.exe to XP SP2 or SP3:

Finally, check out:

As you will likely encounter one of the additional common issues (mostly related to resolution).

Post any additional issues you encounter in the Tech forum and I (or one of many others) will gladly work with you to get past them.

Look forward to seeing you in-game!

Your launch titanium shortcut file is pointing to the wrong directory.
