Gamma problems

Upon logging into EQ this morning, brightness of screen goes high, not just EQ window, desktop and other windows too. After exiting EQ, reverts back to normal. Anyone else?

I mean it's so bright I can see clearly at night as a human! I actually have to turn down in-game gamma to play.
