Default Large Warp Detected

I had an alt logged into Kedge Keep to keep an eye on things for me. Today when I logged on the alt I immediately received a message: "Large Warp Detected" and found myself in a completely random place in the zone surrounded by a ton of angry fish, and found my invis to be stripped of me.

What causes this problem so I can hopefully prevent such a situation from repeating?

Lots of things can cause it;

1) Lag, either on your end, the server's end, or somewhere inbetween. (I hear wireless routers do this quite often.)
2) Your cable modem getting too warm in the summer heat and generating excessive packet loss. (If this is the case you may not always see the servers on the server select screen when you log in.)
3) Cheating (movement hax)

I really need to learn to read. My screen always said "Large wasp detected" could swear it did.but now that I run through EQW to fix dual core issues it seems to be fixed.
