Default Change to summoned pets is applying to charmed pets
The min hit change to summoned pets is also affecting charmed pets, is this intended?

You need to be more specific. If you mean your charmed pet is hitting for min. damage much more frequently, then that will be fixed in the next patch.

Yes charmed pets are hitting for min damage much more often just like summoned pets.
