Faction requirements for completing King Tormax quests after the 6-5-01 patch should be amiable per Absor on the EQ Forums.

Also, for those of you trying to start or complete quests for King Tormax, you need to know that we've made a change. You will now need to be in good standing with him in order to do his quests. In game terms, this means you will need to be at least amiable.

King Tormax is now a little more particular about who he gives quests to.

but was live prior to it.
