No Character/npc models in game

Hello Ive followed the instructions on this forum to setup EQ on my PC.
However I do not see any characters on the char selection screen. In addition there is no characters or NPC in game. I do see the name tags [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Any assistance is appretiated.
