fix the bleeping boats!

I dont get it, ok the reason translocators were introduced cuz the boats were caca. why cant they fix this? i just got put in the bleeping ocean of timerous deep and how is making us feel this bleeping pain classic? it was a bug! cuz they were morons. FIX IT! or give us translocators!

The boat screwed me over once in TD and I petitioned a GM and they fixed me right up in less than 30 seconds.

Just do that.
