Miscellaneous: Wand of Conflagration

I looted Wand of Conflagration from plane of Hate. It stated 3 charges but only contained 1 charge when casted. It now states zero charges in my inventory but when linked still shows 3 charges.

This is a highly annoying bug of having to go through an extra step.. when adding an item to a loottable that has charges versus what it shows as an item.

I query corrected this for the rest of the db and will refund you a wand with 2 charges. PM me or make a petition with your in game name and this situation.

This also happens with the vendor-bought spring crystals and the food version.

Says 10 charges, but only contain 1.
