Miscellaneous: Wuoshi - Loot Table (Scales)

According to numerous posts dating back to early-mid 2001, Wuoshi always dropped 2-3 scales and likely still does to this day, with more recent posts on Allakhazam mentioning the same amount on its loot table. Based on memory, discord posts, and guild dkp item history, the Velious dragon has only ever dropped a single scale each time (blue server), never multiples.

　Well, Wuoshi Raid will be held because Wuoshi will be there. It was an unexpectedly easy victory last time, so when I challenged it with an easy victory mood this time...I got stuck and my HP was completely recovered, and I was devastated. Pick yourself up and try again. This time I was able to beat it quickly. Loot was also Good Loot with 3 scales, Crescent Blades of Luclin, 2 Scimitar of the Emerald Dawn and several spells.

　Wuoshi always drops a few scales each time, and the BP that can be made with this scale is perfect for CLR/SHM SV equipment, so it's good for strengthening healers for raids, and it might be delicious because it doesn't require a large number of people.

Interesting battle with this guy...We only did him with 30 people and just a few deaths, but he warped out of sight for quite some time during battle. Anyways, still strange it was...drops were 2 emerald scales, few spells, ranger bow (grats Tachibana) and a tanglewood shield.

Wuoshi - Slain.



Death to this annoying SOB! Don't ever walk on my portal grounds again! Last night was our first attemp with Wuoshi the Wuss. We ripped him to shreads leaving just two casualties. Two druid Scimitars, 3 Emerald Skins, 1 piercer (10 / 18 plus some other stats), Aegolism and Divine Strength. I was too lazy at the time to take item screen shots, so bear with me. Grats to Saelamdar, Vilu, Dykitana, Faie, Chikkin and Gaelron for winning some of this dragon's possesions. Victory!

August 24th 2001, Jesus, can we get some Haste please!?

Woot... Agony has been on an EXP rampage for the last 3-4 days pushing the levels up. Tonight one of our guild exp groups got together and ported into Wakening Lands only to find that Wuoshi was waiting to say hi. Well, we couldn't let our guild brothers just get owned by that green dragon so we decided to pay a little visit in force.

We buffed and portal bombed in, there was no mercy we just unloaded. Wuoshi was owned with only 1 death from our lovely Necro Warlock Shauku.

We rez the 1 dead body and distribute the loot.. 1 blade 3 scales and some spells.

Wuoshi Eats Our Dust

While completing the Phenocryst Crystal quest for Dantes and Graffe, we decided to launch a spur of the moment raid on the Bane of the Wandering Lands, Wuoshi.

So after summoning 28 brave souls to the scene, Immortal, Jade Dragon, Circle of Vengeance, and Undaunted showed old Wuoshi the business as only we can. Congrats to the winners of the 3 scales, 3 daggers, and 2 spells. The fight was wild and fun, and we’ll be doing it again with our friends real soon.

if you look at www.eqraid.org, they killed Wuoshi and he dropped 3 emerald dragon scales. (guess he's a green dragon)

All i can say is damn, someone got real lucky.
