Winged Death

From what I understand post-nerf, dots do 2/3 (or some such) damage unless the mob is feared or rooted. Wiki says Winged Death does 143/tick full strength. Today I was in lguk and Skyfire and Winged Death was doing 110/tick on rooted mobs. This seems to be the only dot that's having this issue. Thanks! [You must be logged in to view images. The wiki pulled a lot of its spell information from live and may not be accurate. I believe the spell data used by P99 comes from a copy of the sp_dat file from the kunark era and is therefore likely to be correct.
If you can pull up some time-era relevant sources that say it should be 143/tick then post the links and the devs will handle it. (meaning you need to find evidence from the year 2000 and in some cases very early 2001) Otherwise, feel free to register an account and update the wiki [You must be logged in to view images.
